FCBC GANG OUTING

Clarissa was the one who invited me for the night.

Clarissa and her husband

Was a little nervous to meet new people in a big group. However, the meeting went well and after dinner, we went to Marina Mandarin for drinks. Fun loving group and my fear was unnecessary :o)))) We chat and chat until 12 mid night!

Here's the gang .... Pearly's boy friend (the champion singer), myself, Ai Ling (nurse at Paragon), Joanna (KK A&E nurse), her boy friend, Clarissa (SGH ICU nurse), her husband, Yu Ling (KK ICU nurse) and Pearly (the champion singer)

We attended Pearly's singing competition at ACS Baker Road the following day.

Pearly, the champion singer!!!

Ha! Ha! Guess why these picture's colour are as such? It's because my eyes were extremely sensitive to the flash light!!!! It just couldn't behave itself and thus difficult to get a good shot.

Look at my eyes ....

Stop!!!! Don't take!!!!

SENTOSA SONG OF THE SEA EVENT

Sentosa Musical Fountain has been closed but Song of the Sea was launched on 26th March 2007. It was held at Silosa Beach and the cost of the whole project was $30 million. Minister of State (Trade and Industry) S. Iswaran launched the attraction jointly with Sentosa chairman Loo Choon Yong.

The centrepiece of the show is a 120m-long kelong (fishing village) structure. The attraction features 69 water jets that squirt water as high as 40m, flames that leap up to 20m, and a performance by a live cast - all set to a thrilling musical score.

And of course the highlight of the night was the appearance of

"THE SINGAPORE MERMAID"
and that was ME lah!!!!!
haahhahhahaha!!!!!

Mermaid and the King of the Sea

Together with the Jelly Fish

Many gather around to have their picture taken. All visitors were VIPs for that night. They were specially invited by Sentosa to witness the launch. Many were from tourism board and some other tourism companies.

Food were provided and few other shows were being performed on that night.

Physically, I wasn't at the top but I went for the event anyway. It went well and I did enjoy the night entirely. No one would guess that I was pretty sick just a week ago :o)))))) Hee, hee ..... I was absolutely glad that I made it through the night!!!!
